SECTION 4 – PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are estimates and are subject to manufacturer production schedules and delays outside of our control.

Release dates provided are estimated unless specifically designated as part of our Pre-Order Guarantee Program.

Products labeled under our Pre-Order Guarantee may be cancelled only if the guaranteed shipment date is not met.

If an item does not ship by its guaranteed date, customers may request cancellation and a full refund.

Standard pre-orders are considered committed purchases and cannot be cancelled due to changes in manufacturer release dates.

SECTION 5 – REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales through Squared Circle Toys are considered final.

Due to the collectible nature of our inventory, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer remorse
  • Ordering errors
  • Delayed manufacturer releases
  • Minor packaging imperfections

Customers experiencing missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

Claims are reviewed individually and resolutions may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
