Squared Circle Toys – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales made through Squared Circle Toys are considered final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for purchases made due to change of mind.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, including missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery at squaredcircletoys@gmail.com

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may qualify for a return, replacement, or exchange at the sole discretion of Squared Circle Toys.

Items designated under our Pre-Order Guarantee are not eligible for cancellation unless the stated guaranteed delivery date is not met. If your order has not shipped by the published guaranteed date, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

Squared Circle Toys reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
