Shipping Information

At Squared Circle Toys LLC, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping collectible items with care. We understand the importance of condition and presentation to collectors and strive to ensure every order arrives safely.

By placing an order with Squared Circle Toys, you agree to the following shipping terms and policies.


Order Processing

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, product launches, conventions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been prepared and shipped.


Shipping Carriers

Squared Circle Toys utilizes trusted shipping carriers including, but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined based on package size, destination, shipping speed, and operational needs.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier used for any order unless otherwise specified.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping service level

Any promotional shipping offers, free shipping promotions, or discounted shipping events may be modified or discontinued at any time.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timeframes provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Squared Circle Toys is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Customs processing
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Delivery dates should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.


Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order products ship once inventory is received and processed.

Manufacturer release dates are estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items may be held and shipped together once all products become available unless otherwise stated.

Customers wishing to receive in-stock products separately may need to place separate orders.

Products identified under our Pre-Order Guarantee Program remain subject to the guarantees terms outlined in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Squared Circle Toys is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


Package Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow carriers up to 24–48 hours to update tracking activity after shipment confirmation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Squared Circle Toys is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If tracking indicates a package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Contacting household members or neighbors
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a carrier claim when applicable

We will assist when reasonably possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related delivery issues.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery at squaredcircletoys@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • Description of damage

Claims submitted without supporting photographs may be denied.

All claims are reviewed individually.


Collector Packaging Disclaimer

Many of our customers are collectors, and we understand the importance of packaging condition. We package all items carefully; however, minor imperfections to manufacturer packaging may occur during production or transit.

Minor shelf wear, soft corners, small creases, slight paint imperfections, or cosmetic packaging flaws do not automatically qualify as damage.

Items are sold as collectibles and manufacturer packaging condition cannot be guaranteed to be perfect unless otherwise specifically advertised.
